Through their GrowTO Greens initiative, they harvest nearly 480 pounds of kale annually from just 1/100 of an acre to donate to local food banks.

This care extends to their service. The Island Cafe is committed to using only 100% compostable materials. The patio furniture was also built from recycled wood!
